Floating on Recycled Silence

25 years ago AWIND suffered a severe case of Retrograd Amnesia, that occurred on a travel in China, late December, 2000. In the process of re-entering life and societies music became highly important for him, in many ways.

After a whole lot of years of work, fun, bliss, joy, suffering, agony, healing, thrill and a few more life related aspects, the 25 core tracks of "Floating on Recycled Silence 52/25" will now start to see public light, and with (a bit of) luck also hopefully grow, prosper and thrive in it . They are meant to be bases for collaborations with musicians from around the world.

This evening's event is a dedication to music, sound and movement as art, and a tribute to collaboration, as numerous musical artists meet, have fun, collaborate and play together for the first time!

The Concept Release includes the story that has lead to all this, it includes as well the public release of the title single "Floating on Recycled Silence, and it includes the launch of the concept websites http://www.awindwind.com & awindmind.com. EVERYONE is WELCOME.
